Returns & Refunds & Cancellations

 

If you are not satisfied with products that you receive from Shelmore Timber, we will exchange them, offer a credit note or a refund. This is with the understanding that the product has not been used and not damaged; we will always honour this principle as customer satisfaction is of importance to us.

 

Cancellations - If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 0175 284718 or emailing sales@shelmoretimber.co.uk - if we have not had to retrieve stock for your order there will be no charge and we will issue a credit note or a refund.

 

Please be aware we will have to charge for any wood that has already been cut to order.

 

There may also be a handling charge if we have begun to process an order.
